Commuting Information

High Speed Rail
  • Take the Taiwan High Speed Rail and get off at "Hsinchu Station." After disembarking, take either the 182 line of Kuo Kuang bus or our university's "Kuang Fu - Zhubei School Shuttle" (Reference: iBus Information System and school shuttle)
Train
  • Take the western line to "Hsinchu Station." After disembarking, you can take public buses to the university.
Bus
  • Take the City Line No. 2 (Shiqu No. 2) bus to NYCU, or take the Line No. 1 bus and get off at Tsing Hua Station, or take the City Line No. 1 to Kuo Kou Station and walk to Da Hsueh Road to reach NYCU (Reference: the bus schedule of Hsinchu City)

Driving

Drive south via the Chungshan Highway

    1.
  • Taipei → Chungli → 93.5km (95A) Hsinchu Interchange → University Road (next to the gas station) → NYCU Kuang Fu campus north gate.
    • 2.
  • Taipei → Chungli → 94.6km (95B) Hsinchu Science Park Interchange → Turn right at Hsin An Road → NYCU Kuang Fu campus south gate.
    • 3.
  • Taipei → Chungli → 93.5km (95A) Hsinchu Interchange → Turn right at Kuang Fu Road → National Tsing Hua University → Intersection of Kuang Fu Road and Hsueh Fu Road (turn left) → Intersection of Hsueh Fu Road and Bo Ai Street (Turn right) → NYCU Bo Ai campus

Driving north via the Chungshan Highway

    1.
  • Taichung → drive north via the Chungshan Highway (To the direction of Taipei) → 96.4 kilometers (95A) Hsinchu Interchange → Turn left at Kuang Fu Road, to the direction of Hsinchu City → via Kuang Fu Road (below the highway) → (turn left to enter) University Road (by the gas station) → NYCU Kuang Fu campus north gate.

  • Taichung → head north via Chungshan Highway (to the direction of Taipei) → (95B) Hsinchu Science Park Interchange ( turn left) → Science Park Second Road (turn left) → Hsin An Road → South gate of NYCU Kuang Fu campus
