1. 適用對象：國立陽明交通大學在學學生(含大學部及碩士之本地生(不含碩士在職專班生)及英語為非母語之外籍生)。

1. 申請時間：應於考試當年度提出申請，惟培力英檢可回朔至114年8月1日(須配合計畫期程)。「培力英檢」及「其它英檢項目」，在學期間各以申請一次為限。

***115年1月1日-115年12月10日通過辦法所述之英語能力檢定，須於115年12月10日前申請並到辦公室驗證完成，逾期恕不受理。如無法配合相關規定與相關時程申請者，收件與審核單位有權依實際情況拒絕申請。***

***以培力英檢申請獎勵，可受理申請之測驗日期為114年8月1日-115年12月10日，須於115年12月10日前申請並到辦公室驗證完成，逾期恕不受理。(因培力英檢相關計畫可回朔至114年8月1日起之測驗)***

***115學年大一及碩一新生受理申請之測驗日期為115年8月1日-115年12月10日，須於115年12月10日前申請並到辦公室驗證完成，逾期恕不受理。如無法配合相關規定與相關時程申請者，收件與審核單位有權依實際情況拒絕申請。(碩一新生如115年1月1日-115年7月31日為本校大學部學生，此段時間之測驗可受理申請，但必須出示就讀相關證明。)***

1. 申請方式：線上( 連結請點此 )填寫表單送出後，必須於12月10日前攜帶學生證、成績單正本及影本一份、個人帳戶影本至辦公室辦理。(辦公室請擇一前往)

申請人已了解並同意本校「大專校院學生雙語化學習計畫」鼓勵學生參與英語檢測獎勵方案之相關規定後始提出申請。

1. Eligible Applicants: Students currently enrolled at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (including local students in both undergraduate and master’s programs, excluding those enrolled in executive master’s programs, as well as international students for whom English is not their native language).
2. Application Period: Applications must be submitted within the same year in which the examination was taken. However, applications for the BESTEP English Proficiency Test may be made retroactively for tests taken on or after August 1, 2025 (subject to the project timeline). Each student may apply once for the “BESTSET” and once for “Other English Tests” during their academic period.

***For those who have passed the English proficiency tests specified in the guidelines from January 1, 2026, to the December 10, 2026, applications must be submitted and verified at the office no later than December 10, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted. Applicants who cannot comply with the relevant regulations and schedule may have their applications rejected at the discretion of the receiving and reviewing units.***

*** For incentive applications under the BESTSET program, eligible test dates are from August 1, 2025, to December 10, 2026. Applications must be submitted and verified in person at the office no later than December 10, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.(As the BESTSET-related project is retroactively applicable to tests taken on or after August 1, 2025.) ***

*** For first-year undergraduate and master’s students admitted in Academic Year 2026, only tests taken between August 1, 2026 and December 10, 2026 will be accepted. Applications must be submitted and verified at the office no later than December 10, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted. Applicants who cannot comply with the relevant regulations and schedule may have their applications rejected at the discretion of the receiving and reviewing units. (For first-year master’s students who were undergraduate students of this university between January 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026, applications for tests taken during this period will be accepted, but proof of enrollment must be provided.)***

1. Application Method: After completing and submitting the online form ( please click the link ), applicants must bring their student ID card, the original and one copy of the test score report, and a copy of their personal bank account to the office for verification no later than December 10.
